The Bitcoin network has registered a record number of addresses with non-zero balances. According to data from Glassnode, the number of Bitcoin addresses with a non-zero balance exceeded 44 million. Analysts note that the growth is taking place at the same time as the launch of Ordinals, a non-fungible-token (NFT) protocol on the Bitcoin blockchain.
