Unemployment in the US drops
On Friday, the US Bureau of Labour Statistics released data that signal that the US labour market is stable. The overall unemployment rate has declined to 3.5%, which came as a surprise to most analysts. The number of new jobs outside of agriculture reached 187,000, which nearly aligned with the forecast. All of this indicates that the Fed will keep its key rate high and support the dollar.
