Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Trust

The Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund is an ETF that holds Bitcoin exclusively and issues common shares that are traded on the CBOE. There are 500,000 common shares outstanding. The fund determines the real market value of its stock based on the movement of Bitcoin's price as measured using Bitcoin quotes from several spot Bitcoin exchanges.

The fund's shares are not redeemable for the underlying Bitcoin, which means the fund's price may deviate from the price of Bitcoin.

The fund's management fee is 0.25% of the average annual cost of assets. The management fee is waived until 31 July 2024.
