2022 marked a very special milestone for Libertex, as we joined our parent group (Libertex Group) in celebrating a quarter century connecting people with the financial markets. The Libertex Group's 25th year in the business was another year characterised yet again by positive growth, impressive achievements, and multiple international awards.
We were determined to make the Libertex Group's quarter-centenary anniversary year one to remember and full of success both for ourselves and our clients, despite obstacles that are always there due to external factors. That said, there's simply no way we could have turned this ambition into reality if it wasn't for the tireless work of our committed team and the unfaltering loyalty of our valued clients. As a token of our most sincere gratitude, we would, therefore, like to take a moment to say a big "THANK YOU!" to everybody who has helped us break new ground during this trying time for the markets.
We were intent on coming away with a sizable haul of international awards in 2022 for this very special year in our company's history and indeed we have. Our first accolade of 2022 came from Global Brands Magazine, which named Libertex the “Best CFD Broker Europe” and soon after, this year’s renowned Forex Report Awards named us the “Best Trading Platform”. Given all of the hard work and resources that the Libertex development team puts into our outstanding app, it's always nice to see it receiving some well-deserved industry recognition. However, out of all Libertex awards in 2022, the one that made us the proudest was Ultimate Fintech's “Best Crypto CFD Broker” award, which officially acknowledged our superb crypto-related offerings.
As much as we enjoy receiving a pat on the back from our industry colleagues, what drives us all here at Libertex is forging and nourishing new relationships. We are lucky enough to have successfully created a number of enduring partnerships over our 25 years in the business, not only with business partners and associates but also in sport and in the charitable sector as well, since giving back is always very close to our hearts.
During the early months of 2022, Libertex initiated its partnership with "Hope For Children" CRC Policy Center (HFC), the international humanitarian organisation focusing on promoting children's rights and protecting their wellbeing. In the summer of 2022, Libertex also announced another important cooperation, as we became the Official Online Trading Partner of Germany's most successful football club, FC Bayern, with joint activities running until at least the year 2025. This was the first time the German football giants have worked with an Online Trading Partner in the field of CFD and forex trading.
One of the things we value most at Libertex is our workforce. We pay the utmost attention to our employees’ wellbeing and how to provide them with an ideal working environment which is why we were thrilled to finally have it officially recognised that Libertex is indeed a great place to work. This was following the official certification we received by the international organisation Great Place to Work® in December.
As we prepare to bid farewell to 2022, we would like to wish our beloved clients and their friends and families all the very best for health and happiness in the new year. We are certain everyone will join us in wishing that 2023 will bring peace, happiness and joy for the entire world.
