Producer price growth slows in Eurozone
Producer Price Index data for the Eurozone confirmed the downward trend that formed at the end of 2022. In January, the indicator fell by 2.8% versus December 2022, which significantly beat analysts' forecasts. In annualised terms, the index slowed to 15%. It's likely that this will put pressure on the euro, which is good for European stock markets.
