The IPO leading underwriters are JP Morgan, Allen and Co, and BofA Merrill Lynch. This means the biggest market players will be watching it.

The company assumes its service market value at around $25B in the US  and at $45B across the globe. According to the latest estimates, the company's total value is $1.5B, while during the IPO, the management plans to raise just around $100M.
