How do I verify my Libertex profile?
As a regulated company, we are required to verify your identity within 15 days.
To verify your account, please:
- Send us a double-page colour scan of your open passport. If you do not own a passport, please send us a coloured scan of your national ID card (we require a copy of both sides of the ID card).
- Send us a scanned copy of a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 6 months. Your full name, address, and the date of issue of the letter must be clearly visible.
